Wholesale Pricing & Terms

• Minimum opening order: $150
• Minimum reorder: $100
• Payment is due when the order is placed after approval.
• Orders from available inventory are generally fulfilled within 5–7 business days.
• Our handcrafted cold-process soaps require approximately 4 weeks of curing. Larger or custom soap orders may require additional lead time.
• Wholesale orders are final sale. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the order qualifies for the wholesale shipping offer below.
• Free shipping on wholesale orders over $200.
• Wholesale orders ship via USPS.
• Tracking is provided after shipment.
• Carrier delays after shipment are outside our control.

Wholesale Partner Standards

We want every OB&B customer to have a consistent experience, no matter where they discover the brand.

• No third-party marketplace resale. OB&B products may not be resold on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace or similar third-party marketplaces. Approved partners may sell through their own brick-and-mortar or established online storefront.
• No unauthorized discounting. Products must be sold at or above the suggested retail price unless written approval is provided.
• Brand presentation matters. Partners agree to represent OB&B products in a way that is consistent with our packaging, product information and brand standards.
• Application acknowledgment. Submitting the wholesale application confirms agreement to these terms.

How It Works

1. Complete the wholesale application.
2. We review applications and generally respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Approved partners receive access to wholesale pricing.
4. Place your order through our store using the wholesale purchasing method provided after approval.
5. We prepare available inventory for shipment and provide tracking once the order leaves us.

Who We Work With

We welcome applications from brick-and-mortar boutiques, spas, salons, gift shops, established online retailers, select pop-up and market vendors, and service businesses that use products professionally.

Applicants should be prepared to provide a valid resale certificate. Service businesses purchasing for professional use rather than resale may provide an applicable business license.

Please note: Applications for resale through third-party marketplaces are not approved, and we reserve the right to decline applications that do not align with OB&B brand standards.
